Spiral wound gaskets
They are made of a continuous strip of specially shaped metal material, coupled with a continuous strip of filler material (graphite, teflon), uniformly wound with constant winding tension, and reinforced on the inner and outer diameters by winding several turns of metal only and electrically welded together.
The main characteristic of these gaskets, thanks to the special profile, is to offer a perfect seal in all variable pressure and temperature conditions, elastically recovering the linear excursions resulting from the expansion of the materials.
An appropriate choice of materials allows their use in the most varied operating conditions, as refining, chemical, petrochemical plants, autoclaves, heat exchangers, valves, etc. The shape of this gaskets is normally circular, however, it is possible to produce them in oval form.

Knurled tape

Ideal for emergency maintenance, it should always be present in workshops. It allows the gasket to be made directly on the mounting seat. Wound directly onto the shaft, it is pushed into the chamber and pressed with the gland. It is produced in knurled-only versions or, upon request, with double-sided adhesive for coating metal and metal-plastic gaskets.

Available in various sizes to better suit usage needs.

Standard dimensions wound in rolls of 20/50 meters before knurling.

Other sizes can be made upon request

Graphite sealing rings
Derived from wound and pressed tape, achieving the required density depending on the applications, thanks to its flexibility, graphite allows use in a wide variety of conditions. It resists almost all chemical agents, aging, and does not become brittle as it contains no binders. It is stable over time under compression and across a wide temperature range, thanks to its excellent resistance to heat changes, and can be used:
  • As a Fire Safe gasket.
  • In air from very low temperatures up to a temperature of approximately 550°C (1022°F).
  • In a reducing or inert atmosphere up to 3000°C (5432°F).

Excellent sliding properties ensure low shaft wear. In the version with the insertion of a micro-perforated foil, it can withstand high pressures.

Braided packing rings
Circular rings with 45° or 90° cuts, made by pressing segments of braid produced by coupling high-quality yarns with diagonal braiding (interbraid) or round braiding, to the required size. They can be supplied in all materials, for example PTFE braid, graphite, carbon, aramid, cotton, etc., for static and dynamic seals, for pumps, valves, chemical, food, pharmaceutical products etc
Stem packing sets
Valve stem sealing sets are produced with a square cross-section or with special designs. Made of graphite with outer rings in braid or reinforced, to prevent graphite extrusion. They can be made with separate rings, cut rings, or with braided material in a single piece for easy assembly.
